Property owners are responsible for not only cutting grass in their yard but also on the boulevard and property abutting the alley.  Grass cannot be longer than 4 inches and all noxious weeds must be removed.  If you do receive a warning and do not cut your grass, a $250 fine will be added to your next property tax bill.

EPCOR Water Main Modifications

There will be many construction locations along the West LRT route around our community, to accommodate the City of Edmonton's LRT construction. EPCOR will relocate water infrastructure that is in close vicinity to planned LRT track extensions, including water transmission and distribution mains, fire hydrants and water service lines.

This work will be completed in their April to October construction season. The projects under this program can vary in size, typically taking between 2 to 8 weeks to complete.
