Virtual Membership Drive

We are holding a Virtual Membership Drive and One Weekend Only Special Price!

This year due to Covid-19, our community league will NOT be having a Membership Drive at the hall. We want to ensure that our volunteers and residents stay safe. However, the community league depends on memberships in order to operate. Community leagues raise funds to build halls, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts as well as skating rinks for the enjoyment of their residents. Membership fees help to maintain these facilities.

Since some of our residents have endured financial hardship from the pandemic, we would like to offer a Special Membership Rate for this weekend only on Saturday, September 19th and Sunday, September 20th for:

Family - $20.00
Single (18 years & older) - $5.00
Senior (55 years & older) - $5.00

Also, the EFCL offered - for September 19th and 20th only - to waive the administration fee for registering online.

After this weekend, memberships will cost:

Family - $30.00;
Single - $15.00;
Senior - $5.00
and a $5.00 administration fee will be charged for registering online.

Benefits of Purchasing a Community League Membership

  • Free use of our ice rink.  Details will follow.
  • Since a limited number of city pools are open and running at a reduced capacity, the city will not permit unified community league access to their pools.  However, by presenting your membership card, you will receive a discount at city recreation facilities.
  • Several businesses offer discounts.
  • UofA Tech Centre offers 25% discount off Microsoft and Adobe courses.
  • Read the detailed benefits of membership here

On September 19th or 20th, please pay for a membership online at:  efcl.org/membership-purchase/.

Thank you.  Our community league depends upon your support.
