Kids & Parents Group
When: Thursdays from Sept 12 - Dec 19 from 2 pm - 4 pm Where: the League Hall (9620 152 Street). Cost: No cost to attend. Best suited for families of children aged 0 - 10 years.
Relax, connect with other parents, and enjoy!
Join us for a fun and engaging time at our community club!
Parents must stay and are responsible for their kids; this is not a drop-off/childcare service. Enjoy refreshments and snacks, relax and meet other parents nearby. You’re welcome to invite friends from outside the community, and you do not need to be a member to attend. Each month will have a different theme.
Hosted by West Jasper Sherwood Community League in partnership with Jasper Place Family Resource Centre.
Community Swim
WJS Community League members can enjoy free swimming during the following public swim times at Jasper Place Pool (9200 163 Street).
- Saturdays from 5 - 7 pm
- Sundays from 3 - 5 pm
Please bring your proof of Community League Membership.
Card Games
Progressive Rummy
Wednesdays from 5:30 to 9:30 PM
You don’t need a partner, just drop in. The cost is $5.00 per person. Beverages are provided. Payout is based on the number of players.

Carpet Bowling
Mondays from 1:00 to 3:00 PM
The cost is $1.00 per person.

Board Game Night
NOW WEEKLY! Sundays at 6:30 PM
Welcome to all. Bring a game or a group or join a table. A selection of varying types of table top games will be available! Group favorites are Scythe, Azul, King of Tokyo, Roll for the Galaxy, etc.
The board game club meets Fridays as well. Please email matthew@westjaspersherwood.ca if you are interested in Friday gaming!
