Problem Property Initiative
Our neighbourhood is currently receiving extra attention from the City of Edmonton's Problem Property Initiative (PPI). The PPI addresses private properties that have a significant harmful impact on the surrounding community and/or those living in them. Different PPI teams exist to clean up properties, secure or demolish unsafe buildings, and uphold housing standards at high-risk properties. To learn more about the PPI, its teams, and how to identify and report a problem property, please see the PPI One Pager available at this link: https://bit.ly/4ejodw4.
