Winter Fun at the Skating Rink
Get your skates sharpened! Weather permitting, our community skating rink typically opens in early December. Keep an eye on the community league sign for the "Rink Open" notice. Specific hours will be posted directly on the Ice Shack door (located on the north side of the league building).
Skating is free for all community league members, while non-members can enjoy the ice for just a toonie per session.
Keeping Our Neighbourhood Safe
We all play a part in maintaining a safe environment. Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods (SCAN), a unit of the Alberta Sheriffs, helps residents deal with problem properties used for illegal activities such as drug trafficking, prostitution, child exploitation, or gang-related crime.
If you have concerns about a specific property, you can visit their website or view the SCAN brochure to learn how to report suspicious activity safely.
