Play Rangers at the Green Shack
Are you up for an adventure? We are excited to host the Play Rangers for a community-wide scavenger hunt! This program is a wonderful extension of our summer Green Shack activities and is perfect for families looking to explore the neighborhood together.
Join us at the community playground beside the Hall on Saturday, November 6, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. The theme for the day is our Community Walk and Scavenger Hunt. To ensure everyone has a great time, please remember to bring:

Annual General Meeting
Your voice matters! Please join us on October 25th from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm for our Annual General Meeting. Due to current provincial guidelines, this meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. We will be reviewing our board positions, discussing our financial health, and looking ahead to the future of our Community League.
While all residents are welcome to attend and participate in the discussion, please note that voting on official motions is reserved for registered members.

Big Bin Event
It’s time for some fall cleaning! Our Big Bin Event is the perfect opportunity to dispose of household items that are too large for regular curbside collection—at no charge to you.
Drop-offs will be accepted at the Community League Building on Saturday, October 2 and Sunday, October 3, between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
Please Note: We cannot accept the following items, which should instead be taken to a City of Edmonton EcoStation:
- Commercial or hazardous waste
- Tires, paint cans, or combustible materials (e.g., gas cans, propane tanks)
- Fridges or freezers that have not been drained of Freon
- Recyclable items like scrap metal, electronics, and appliances
Last Bark in the Park
Calling all dog lovers! On September 26, 2021, bring your furry friends to the rink at 9:00 am for our final "Bark in the Park" of the season. Enjoy some fresh coffee while your dogs socialize and play before the rink closes for the month.
We are also looking for your feedback on the Dog Rink Pilot Project. Your input will help us plan an even better off-leash experience for 2022!
Tennis Courts Now Open
Our tennis courts are officially open for use during daylight hours! You can access the courts through the basketball court gate. To keep everyone safe, please follow these Alberta Health recommendations:
- Maintain 2 meters of physical distancing between members of different households at all times.
- Outdoor group activities should be limited to 10 people or less.
- Spectators must also maintain a 2-meter distance from those outside their household.
Enjoy the courts and stay safe!
