Summer is here, and our community is buzzing with activity! From exciting updates on local development to a variety of programs to keep the kids active and engaged, there is something for everyone to look forward to this season.
Parking Requirements for New Developments
City Council has recently endorsed a significant plan to eliminate minimum parking requirements for new developments. Under this new direction, developers will have the autonomy to determine the number of on-site parking spaces needed for their projects. To ensure our residential streets remain accessible, City administration is currently studying the potential impact on on-street parking and exploring effective mitigation strategies.
